The Admissions Process

We are still accepting applications for the current school year through the end of February 2025; however, we are waitlisting for the Toddler Program for the remainder of the current school year. Complete the admissions process below to be placed on our waitlist!

** We are currently accepting applications for 2025-2026!

NEW STUDENT ENROLLMENT APPLICATIONS FOR 2025-2026 WILL BE REVIEWED ON A ROLLING BASIS BEGINNING FEBRUARY 1, 2025.

Admissions decisions and contract packages for accepted new students are expected to go out by March 31 at the latest for families applying by Feb 28.**

We do rolling admissions throughout the year, depending on space availability and fit. You may submit your child's application at any time; you do not have to wait to do a Virtual Info Session prior to applying, but your application will not officially be considered for enrollment until you have done a Virtual Info Session.

Applicants who are waitlisted will be placed in our wait pool for the year and will remain under consideration for future spots. You may also apply for future school years by indicating your desired school year in the application.

If your child is in the wait pool for the current year, you will be contacted at the end of the school year to see if you would like your child's application to be considered for the following school year.

3. Submit the $50 Application Fee if you did not already pay it electronically within the application form.


If you paid electronically via the application form already, you are all set and don't need to do anything further!

If you opted to not pay electronically, please pay via cash/check/money order to the MSCU office. This one-time, non-refundable fee only needs to be paid once per new family – if applying siblings concurrently, please only pay the fee once.

Returning families and families with currently enrolled siblings do not need to pay this fee.

(Applicants for Kindergarten-8th Grade)

4. Submit any additional required documents for the application file.

Teacher Recommendations: Required for ALL applicants coming from another program or school.

Recommendations must be filled out directly by the teacher, with no parental involvement. Please direct recommending teachers to the link to fill out their recommendations.

Toddler, Primary, and Kindergarten: 1 recommendation Elementary (Lower or Upper): 2 recommendations required

Student Questionnaires: Required only for Upper Elementary applicants.

Please download and print out the form, then have the prospective student answer the questions independently, by hand. Students are free to add additional pages to their response if desired. You may scan and email the responses to admissions@montessorischoolofcu.org when complete.

If your child is accepted for enrollment, you will receive an official acceptance letter via email that details next steps to finalize your child's enrollment.
