Summer 2020 Programming
Summer is here and we are looking forward to enjoying it together in the month of July with our students! Summer school is scheduled to run from July 6, 2020 – July 31, 2020 for our Toddler, Primary, and Elementary programs. We will be running a limited program (10 students per classroom) in accordance with current local public health guidance. To see some of the new health and safety protocols we will be implementing as we return to school, please click here.
Below you will find information about summer offerings for each of our program levels. If your child is transitioning between program levels, you may choose to register for your child for either the program level your child was just in, or the one s/he will be transitioning into in the fall. For example, if your child is transitioning from preschool to Kindergarten in the fall, you may choose either “Pre-K” or “Kindergarten” for their summer program. However, they may not switch between the program levels over the course of the 9 weeks.
If you already registered for summer school earlier (prior to June), we need you to confirm your summer registration for July. You can do so by filling out the form here (one form per child).
Payments & Other Considerations
Due to COVID-19 considerations, there is NO DEPOSIT required to register for summer school this year. We hope this will be a support to our families in these unprecedented times.
For those who plan to register for summer school, please pay your July total by July 1st at the latest. You may pay by check/cash/money order mailed directly to the office, or you may pay online at https://montessorischoolofcu.org/online-payments/.
As always, the safety of our students and families is our top priority. In the event that Illinois schools and/or daycares undergo another state-mandated closure in July, or if other adjustments need to be made to our registration options in the interests of public health and safety, you will be contacted personally via email regarding options available to you at that time. Any payments already made may be refunded to you or left on your account as a credit that can be applied toward future tuition or other payments. If we offer summer online sessions at that time and you opt for those, any payments you have already made can be applied to those as well.
