Session A: 9 WEEKS
(May 30-July 28, no school June 19 or July 4)
- 8:00AM-4:00PM: $2,940.00 total

Session B: 5 WEEKS
(May 30-June 30, no school June 19)
- 8:00AM-4:00PM: $1,680.00 total

Session C: 4 WEEKS
(July 3-28, no school July 4)
- 8:00AM-4:00PM: $1,260.00 total

Summer 2023 Registration

Thank you for your interest in summer school at the Montessori School of Champaign-Urbana (MSCU)! We are excited to offer 3 sessions this summer! Please see the column at left for session dates, dismissal times, and costs. Lunch is included in the fees for ALL students (including elementary and secondary).

Please note the following IMPORTANT changes for this year: 
   — We will offer an 8:00AM-4:00PM schedule; you may drop off anytime between 8:00-8:30AM, and pickup any time before 4:00PM.
   — Sessions will run MONTHLY, not weekly. You may choose from one of the sessions listed at left.

How to Register for Summer 2023

Please register for Summer 2023 by clicking the button below and registering online. Because space is limited, please do NOT consider your child registered for summer until you receive an official email from the School confirming your spot.

Payments

You may make any payments by check directly to the school office. Please be sure to note your child’s name and the purpose of the payment (e.g., “Summer School 2023 – Session A tuition”) in the memo/notes line of whichever payment option you choose. There will also be an electronic payment option on your invoice for summer.

Registration and Payment Deadlines

February 15th is the deadline for priority registration for summer school. Once your registration has been processed, you will receive an official confirmation email that your child is registered for your desired summer program. As spots are limited, please do not assume your child’s spot is secured until you receive the official confirmation email.

April 1 is the final deadline for communicating any decremental registration changes that may be needed. Program costs will NOT BE REFUNDED OR ROLLED OVER if you need to change to a lesser program or withdraw after April 1, so please be sure of the program and dates you wish to enroll for prior to registering. After April 1, families are responsible for paying the tuition for the program they have registered for, even if they end up needing a session with fewer attendance days or needing to withdraw. If you need to add another session after April 1, please contact the office and we will be happy to add the session for you if there is available space for your child.

Final payment for summer tuition is due on the following schedule:

— Session A tuition = $1,680.00 due by April 1; $1,260.00 due by May 1st

— Session B tuition = $1,680.00 due by April 1

Session C tuition = $1,260.00 due by May 1

*If the overlap of summer tuition and your first 2 fall tuition payments this year causes financial burden, please reach out to Ms. Boltinghouse at <businessmanager@montessorischoolofcu.org>. We are happy to arrange payment plans that can help make these one-time overlapping payments more manageable. You will not experience these overlapping payments in future years.
